About Grimoire

Grimoire is a spiritual companion app for solitary witches, developed and operated by a UK-based sole trader. This website is getgrimoire.app. If you have any questions about these terms or anything else, you can reach us at grimoireapp@protonmail.com.

Using This Website

This site exists to share information about the Grimoire app and to let interested people join the waitlist. You are welcome to use it for those purposes. Please do not attempt to misuse, hack, or scrape the site in ways that could damage it or place an unreasonable burden on it. That is all we ask.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — the text, design, graphics, and the Grimoire name and brand — belongs to Grimoire. You may not reproduce or redistribute any of it without our permission. You are, of course, very welcome to link to the site.

The Waitlist

By joining the waitlist you agree to receive a one-time notification email when the app launches on Android. That is the only thing we will send you without asking first. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to that email or by writing to us at grimoireapp@protonmail.com. We do not use your email address for marketing without your explicit consent.

Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party websites such as Google Play. Grimoire is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. When you leave getgrimoire.app, you are subject to the terms of wherever you have gone.

Disclaimer

This site and its content are provided as-is. We do our best to keep everything accurate and available, but we make no guarantees about uptime, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Grimoire is a spiritual tool, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. If anything significant changes, we will do our best to make it obvious.
