If you are experiencing a technical issue with the app, please include your Android version and a brief description of what happened. Screenshots are always helpful.

Before you reach out

Many quick questions are already answered in our FAQ: covering pricing, the free tier, account and data, supported devices, the iOS launch timeline, and how individual features work. If your question is about how something is meant to behave in the app, the FAQ is the fastest path. For questions about how we handle your data, the Privacy Policy explains what is collected, where it is stored, and how to remove it. For account deletion in particular, the dedicated Delete Account page walks through the in-app process and offers a web alternative if you can no longer sign in.

The kinds of feedback that genuinely shape what gets built next are specific and grounded in your own practice. “I tried to do X and the app made it harder than expected” is more useful than a generic feature suggestion. Tell us what you were trying to do, what got in the way, and what you wish had happened instead. That is the feedback that turns into product changes.

Response times are usually within two to three working days. UK bank holidays and the rare overseas trip can stretch that to a week. If you have not heard back within ten days, please email again; occasionally messages are caught by spam filters or end up in the wrong inbox. We always respond.

For press and media enquiries, please include your publication, deadline, and a brief outline of the angle. For technical support, include your Android version, Grimoire version, and a short description of the steps that produced the issue. For everything else, just write; there is no wrong way to start.
